This new generation fighter is not available for foreign sale, despite interest from U.S. allies including Japan and Australia. Kyosho’s electric ducted fan DF55 unit allows you to by-pass the export restrictions and enjoy the Raptor’s dynamic flying style with this PIP (Plug in Play) model kit pre-installed with 2 micro servos, brushless motor and speed control. Use your own R/C system to appreciate the stability and responsive control of a jet fighter model for sharp manoeuvres in the hands of intermediate or advanced fliers.

Flat design of the original Raptor’s main and tail wings have been recreated without sacrificing the flight stability of the model.

Kyosho’s unique engineering skills have produced an advanced 5-blade ducted fan unit driven by the high performance brushless motor included. PIP specifications include three pre-installed servos to control the aileron and elevator, brushless motor and motor control amp.

Full flying tail adopted with moving horizontal tail wing. Delivers sharp response with small and large control inputs. Original shape of intake ducts are accurately recreated to maintains the unique edge design and still produce plenty of thrust.

Magnetic lock on canopy hatch is easy to operate. The large opening allows easy access for maintenance, battery changes and linkage adjustments.

Lightweight styrene fuselage construction is also complete with realistic colour scheme.

Includes special 25A amp for brushless motor control.

Designed for 11.1V-910-1200mAh lithium polymer battery (Sold separately)

Battery room size takes large size battery packs up to 106x32x20mm dimensions.

Install the fans in the ducted unit, attach the main and tail wings, connect the linkage rods and apply the decals for the finishing touches.

PIP (Plug in Play) set means you operate the model with your own transmitter.
